Weekly Want Apr 28-May 5 with Figma Avengers, LEGO Ghostbusters, & More!

Stay Puft LEGO set
Speak not and partake of my cash!

A new month is upon us and another week has past. Let's celebrate with another edition of the "Weekly Want," wherein several of the best promo shots for toys and collectibles are compiled for your viewing pleasure. Last week's edition showcased Masterpiece Ultra Magnus, Revoltech Mini Solid Snake, Marvel Mini-Mates, and more. Let's move on to what caught my eye between April 28th and May the 5th:

Figma Avengers Costume Captain America

Due in September, here's a solid looking Figma of Captain America's Marvel Cinematic Universe Avengers design. The stylishly sculpted 6 inch figure looks to be capable of all sorts of wonderful poses, but you will only be able to experience them if you're willing to throw down the $78 asking price.

Transformers: Generation 1 bots Huffer and Pipes received homages in Transformers: Animated, but they were late additions and only Huffer made it into the cartoon (with two simple background appearances!) As a beloved Transformers iteration that ended well before many of us hoped, there is always interest out there in further excursions into the world of Animated. Third party toy makers Mech Ideas are rewarding that interest with these excellent looking toys of Animated Huffer and Pipes (referred to as Bluster and Trench for legal reasons.) Early pre-orders indicate a July 2014 release.

Sideshow's Life Size Boba Fett

For the fan who has everything (and deep pockets,) Sideshow is releasing this life size Boba Fett figure in September, 2014. You can pay in installments, but the total price is around $7,500. Ouch. It looks like an amazingly done replica however, so the money is certainly going towards a high level of quality.

LEGO Ideas Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallow Man
The most harmless thing indeed.

LEGO Ideas designer Brent Waller has created this 13 inch Ghostbusters LEGO Stay Puft Marshmallow Man that may actually go into production if it gets enough support from voters. While a LEGO Mr. Stay Puft would likely be a joy to build, I'm much more interested in the proposed Louis Tully Keymaster minifigure:

LEGO minifigure Louis Tully Ghostbusters
Oh god yes.

Just tell me what I have to do to make that little guy a reality and consider it done.

Deathstroke Funko
Deathstroke the Huginator

They did it. Funko actually managed to make Deathstroke cute. While Pop! Vinyl Deathstroke (coming in July, 2014) is just another in a long line of similar toys, I can't help myself from wanting to throw money at the screen when the outcome is so oddly adorable. I consider it quite the bonus that the $12 price tag is actually wallet-friendly.

That will do it for this week! I didn't see much else that interested me. If there's anything major that I missed somehow, let me know about it in the comment section below!
